Pickup Process
Your pickup is more than just grabbing the keys, we make sure you’re fully comfortable with the vehicle before you hit the road.
During your handoff, we will:
- Walk you through the vehicle features
- Show you how to operate the rooftop tent and gear
- Review included equipment and recovery tools
- Answer any questions before departure
Expect the full handoff to take about 20–30 minutes.
Required at Pickup
Your rental is prepared ahead of time to ensure a seamless handoff. All we need from you at pickup is a valid driver’s license
Return Process
Your return is designed to be just as seamless as pickup.
We’ll meet at your scheduled location, complete a quick walkthrough, and have you on your way in minutes.

- Please return the vehicle at the agreed time and location
- Allow a few minutes for a final walkthrough
- Return the vehicle in clean, respectable condition
