The Shore to Summit Outfitter mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Shore to Summit Outfitter (“Shore to Summit Outfitter,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

By consenting to Shore to Summit Outfitter’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Shore to Summit Outfitter through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information related to your reservation, vehicle handoff details, order updates, account notifications, and other operational communications. Promotional messages may include special offers, announcements, and other marketing communications related to Shore to Summit Outfitter.

You understand that you are not required to sign up for this messaging service in order to make a reservation or purchase services from Shore to Summit Outfitter, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Participation in this messaging program is completely voluntary.

Shore to Summit Outfitter does not charge for the Service; however, you are responsible for any charges or fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless carrier. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile service provider for details regarding your messaging plan.

You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting the keyword STOP to the number from which you received messages or by using any unsubscribe link included in a message where available. After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll in the messaging service.

We reserve the right to change any phone number, short code, or messaging platform used to operate the Service at any time. If such changes occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users. Messages sent to outdated numbers may not be received, and Shore to Summit Outfitter is not responsible for messages sent to numbers that are no longer in use.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile phone number when enrolling in the Service. If your phone number changes, you must re-subscribe using your new number if you wish to continue receiving messages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shore to Summit Outfitter shall not be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, or any actions taken or not taken based on the information provided through the Service.
