Planning Your Trip
If you’re new to this, it can feel like a lot at first. The goal here is to keep things simple — what to think about, what’s already handled, and what you actually need to bring.
The Turnkey Toolkit
Everything is already in place so you’re not figuring things out when you get there.
1. Vehicle Capacity
Think about how many people are coming and how much space you’ll actually need - both for sleeping and gear.
2. Vehicle Capability
Where you’re going matters. Some routes are simple, others take a bit more capability - choose a setup that fits the trip.
3. Trip Objectives
Think about what you actually want out of the trip - quick getaway, more time off-grid, or something in between.
